I had been told about Rick (Goode Insurance) by a co-worker. We were with Allstate for over 13 years. More than two years ago I was in an accident. The service I received from the Allstate claims department was horrific. I thought I would be taken care of, but I was wrong. After years of lawyers and medical bills I am still waiting to be compensated for my accident. I did nothing wrong. I was not at fault and Allstate refused to simply reimburse me for my medical expenses simply because the at fault driver was also with Allstate. I discovered there is a rating which shows which companies have the most angry customers. I am not surprised that Allstate is at the top of the list.
